Boxing
As a qualified PadBox instructor and student of the sport myself, I understand how physically demanding boxing traing can be.
Boxing is the fastest, most effective way to burn the maximum amount of calories in the shortest space of time. It works the entire body to the maximum, toning and sculpting all the muscles and provides fantastic weight loss results. This is a seriously fun way to shed the pounds.
Working on three main areas:
- coordination
- reflex reaction
- and cardiovascular strength and fitness
I will offer you a real insight into the physical demands of the sport, without the risk of injury. I will teach you the dynamics of delivering and taking punches, correct footwork, and then progress to shadow boxing. We then move onto the padwork and the reactionary moves we use to make our sessions as close to the real thing without being hit. My aim is to improve your speed, stamina, strength endurance and hand eye co-ordination resulting in a fun, but extremely challenging workout
