Olympic Weightlifting
As a qualified Olympic Weightlifting Instructor who regularly uses major lifts in my training, I know all too well the benefits these movements will bring to your fitness.Whether you are somebody who is just looking to improve their fitness, or an athlete who is looking to excel in their chosen sport, Olympic lifting should always form an integral part of any strength and conditioning programme.
There are two Olympic lifts, the clean and jerk and the snatch, and using these two lifts will develop your athleticism, power, speed, strength, co-ordination, balance and flexibility like no other movements. Olympic lifts are multi-functional movements which means that they activate more muscle fibres in one movement than any other kind of training, period.
The clean and jerk and the snatch will also help you to improve your deadlift, squat, power clean, power snatch and split jerk. With my guidance and knowledge I will show you how Olympic Lifting can improve your performance in the gym and push your fitness to new levels.
