As a qualified nutritional advisor, I know that the most important factor to health and wellness is nutrition. What you put into your body affects the way it looks, feels and performs. By analyzing your diet through the use of a food diary, I will design a structured and progressive food plan that is realistic and achievable and will help you to lose unwanted body fat, whilst significantly improving your health and lifestyle.
With an extensive range of gym equipment, I can bring Personal Training sessions to your home. If you struggle to find the time to get to the gym or you simply don't enjoy working out in a gym environment, I can bring the gym to you and provide you with challenging, exciting and fun training programs in the comfort of your own home.
All clients will undertake a free consultation where we will determine your goals and targets, as well as assessing your current fitness levels and eating habits. A tailored program will then be prescribed and you will be monitored throughout through the use of fitness tests and body composition tests to ensure your are constantly moving towards the body you want.
