What is the Spartan Workout?
If you're bored with the same old gym routines and want your training to be exciting, different and guaranteed to push you towards your limit, then Spartan Training is for you. Spartan Training sessions are run on the fields outside LA Fitness Brooklands and they are light years from anything you have ever done before, pushing your body to new levels of fitness.
I specialise in old-school training methods that you've probably seen on TV but never had the chance to give it a go. I guarantee our workouts will be as interesting, exciting and challenging as possible by using a combination of simple pieces of equipment such as tyres, sandbags, ropes and sledgehammers, along with advanced equipment like kettlebells, medicine balls and powerbags.
The Spartan Principles
At Spartan Training you will get a chance to lift, slam, jump, throw, flip, sprint, swing and drag your way to an extreme level of fitness. Spartan Training is designed with a functional approach to fitness, meaning you are doing things your body was designed to do (squatting, lifting, pushing, pulling). By using these basic pieces of equipment you will work at a much higher intensity, meaning your body will use more muscle and blitz through unwanted body fat to use for energy.
